Under POPIA, you have the right to:

information - Request access to your personal information
- Request correction, update or deletion of your data
- Object to processing or withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator if you believe
your data has been mishandled.

13. Data Retention and Destruction
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the
purposes stated in this Policy or as required by law (e.g., tax or
accounting obligations).
After that, records are securely destroyed or anonymised to prevent re-
identification.
