Our Approach

Clear planning.
Collaborative production.
Agreed deliverables.

We turn your communication requirements into a workable production plan, from the first briefing conversation to the final files.

Start with what you have

A TOR, an agency brief
or an early idea.

You can come to us at any of these stages. Together, we establish what needs to be produced, how the work will run and what your team needs to approve.

We work through the creative possibilities and practical requirements before production begins.

Four stages, one clear process

From understanding the brief
to delivering the work.

01
The starting point

Understand

We begin with your organisation, the subject and the people you need to reach.

What should the content explain? Where will it be used? Are there fixed dates, sensitive subjects or practical constraints?

We discuss contributors, existing material and access requirements so the creative approach reflects the circumstances of your project.

A shared understanding of the brief.
02
Before the shoot

Plan

We develop the concept and agree the production requirements. These may include scripts, interview questions, shot priorities, locations, crew and photography coverage.

Your proposal sets out the deliverables, filming arrangements, review stages, responsibilities and costs. We discuss permissions, approvals and any raw-footage or editable-file requirements before production begins.

If you need several versions, we plan for them at this stage.

An agreed scope and production plan.
03
In production

Create & review

We film, photograph and edit around the agreed plan.

We guide contributors through interviews and help people who are unfamiliar with being on camera communicate comfortably and clearly.

Your team reviews the agreed versions, checks factual details and consolidates feedback. Defined review stages help the production move towards approval and delivery.

Content shaped through clear feedback.
04
Ready for use

Deliver & build on it

We prepare the approved files for the uses agreed in your brief. These may include a main film, shorter edits, photographs, captions or alternative formats.

Where the relationship continues, we use your feedback and lessons from the project to inform the next production.

The agreed assets, prepared for delivery.
Make the production day count

One shoot can create
more than one useful asset.

An expert interview can provide a longer film and short answers to individual questions. A programme visit can create a documentary story, photography and supporting footage for future edits.

Planning these requirements before filming helps us capture what each asset needs and make better use of contributors’ time.

Working with your team

Clear roles.
Close collaboration.

We can lead a production directly or work alongside your internal communications team, agency or appointed specialists.

At the start, we agree who supplies information, arranges access, consolidates feedback and approves the work. Your team brings subject knowledge; we bring creative planning and production expertise.

Your team

Subject knowledge, background information, access arrangements and consolidated factual feedback, according to the agreed responsibilities.

Bulevard
